Payment Schedule under the Consumer Credit (Loan) Agreement
Payment schedule under a consumer credit (loan) agreement — information regarding the amounts and dates of payments made by the borrower under the consumer credit (loan) agreement, as well as other payments made by the borrower specified in paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 6 of this Federal law, or the order for determining them, specifying separately the amounts directed toward repayment of the principal debt under the consumer credit (loan), the amounts directed toward payment of interest, and the amounts directed toward payment of other payments made by the borrower specified in paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 6 of this Federal law — in each payment, the total amount of payments made by the borrower during the term of the consumer credit (loan) agreement, determined based on the terms of the consumer credit (loan) agreement in effect on the date of conclusion of the consumer credit (loan) agreement, specified in paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 6 of this Federal law1.
