Authorized body of a subject of the Russian Federation
The authorized body of a subject of the Russian Federation is a state authority of a subject of the Russian Federation authorized to exercise the powers provided for by this Federal law in the field of social services on the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body of the subject of the Russian Federation), including the recognition of citizens as in need of social services, and the preparation of an individual program for the provision of social services1.
The authorized body of a subject of the Russian Federation is an executive body of a subject of the Russian Federation2.
