Insurance Pension
Insurance pension — a monthly monetary payment intended to compensate insured persons for lost wages and other payments and remuneration due to the occurrence of disability as a result of old age or disability, as well as for insured persons' non-working family members for lost wages and other payments and remuneration of the breadwinner in connection with the death of these insured persons. The right to such pension is determined in accordance with the conditions and norms established by this Federal Law. In this regard, the occurrence of disability and loss of wages and other payments and remuneration in such cases are presumed and do not require proof (ceased to be effective as of 2019-01-01)1.
