Municipal radio and television organizations and periodical printed publications

Municipal broadcasting organizations and periodical print publications — broadcasting organizations and periodical print publications, the founders (co-founders) of which or the founders (co-founders) of their editorial offices on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision to hold elections for members of the State Duma are local self-government bodies and municipal organizations, and (or) to which budgetary allocations from the local budget were provided for their operation (including in the form of subsidies) during the year preceding the day of official publication (publication) of the decision to hold elections, and (or) on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision to hold elections, there is a share (contribution) of a municipal formation (municipal formations) in their charter (contributed) capital1.
