Termination of Activities of Separate Structural Units of Non-Bank Financial Institutions
Cessation of activities by separate structural units of non-bank financial institutions means a prohibition on conducting the corresponding type of activity on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and (or) on the territory of the city of federal significance Sevastopol in the financial market, except for activities related to the transfer of assets and liabilities in accordance with the procedures established by this article1.
