The principle of resource sufficiency


The principle of resource sufficiency means that when developing and approving (approving) strategic planning documents prepared within the framework of planning and programming, sources of financial and other resource support for activities provided for in these documents must be defined within the limits determined by strategic planning documents developed within the framework of forecasting1.
