State Information System of Housing and Utilities
The State Information System of Housing and Utilities is a unified federal centralized information system operating on the basis of software, technical means, and information technologies that ensure the collection, processing, storage, provision, placement, and use of information regarding housing stock, cost and range of services for managing common property in multi-apartment buildings, works related to maintenance and repair of common property in multi-apartment buildings, provision of utility services and supply of resources necessary for providing utility services, the amount of payment for residential premises and utility services, arrears on such payments, objects of utility and engineering infrastructure, as well as other information related to housing and utilities1.
