Own production and technological needs
Own production and technological needs — the needs of a participant in a free economic zone or a person to whom the rights of ownership, use, and (or) disposal of goods placed under the customs procedure of a free customs zone have been transferred, as provided by this Federal Law, necessary for carrying out activities related to growing trees, plants, animals, breeding aquaculture objects, fishing, construction, and transportation by road and sea transport1.
Own production and technological needs - the needs of a resident of an advanced development area to move goods placed under the customs procedure of a free trade zone, and (or) goods manufactured (obtained) from goods placed under the customs procedure of a free trade zone, between several sites within one advanced development area of such a resident, on which customs control zones have been established for the purposes of applying the customs procedure of a free trade zone, or the needs of a resident of an advanced development area for goods placed under the customs procedure of a free trade zone, and (or) goods manufactured (obtained) from goods placed under the customs procedure of a free trade zone, in order to carry out activities defined by the agreement on the conduct of activities related to the cultivation of trees, plants, animals, breeding of aquaculture objects, fishing, for geological exploration, prospecting and mining of minerals, for repair and construction courts2.
Own production and technological needs - own production and technological needs are understood as the needs of a resident of the Vladivostok Free Port for goods placed under the customs procedure of a free trade zone, and (or) goods manufactured (obtained) from goods placed under the customs procedure of a free trade zone, in order to carry out activities defined by the agreement on the conduct of activities and related to the cultivation of trees, plants, animals, breeding of aquaculture objects, fishing, for geological surveying, exploration and extraction of minerals, as well as for carrying out other types of activities that may be determined by the Government of the Russian Federation3.
