Resident of the priority development area
A resident of the special development area is an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity that is a commercial organization, whose state registration has been carried out on the territory of the special development area in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (excluding state and municipal unitary enterprises), or a resident of another special development area that has established a branch or representative office on this territory of the special development area, who have concluded an agreement on conducting activities on the territory of the special development area in accordance with this Federal Law (hereinafter referred to as the agreement on conducting activities) and are included in the register of residents of the special development area (hereinafter referred to as the register of residents)1.
