Resident of an international special economic zone


A resident of an international territory of advanced development is a legal entity, including one established with the participation of foreign citizens and foreign legal entities, which is a commercial organization, state registration of which has been carried out on the international territory of advanced development in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (excluding state and municipal unitary enterprises), which has concluded an agreement to carry out activities on the international territory of advanced development in accordance with this Federal Law and has been included in the register of residents of the international territory of advanced development1.
