Technological fee — a fee payable to the federal budget in connection with the import into the Russian Federation of electronic component base (electronic modules) and (or) industrial products containing an electronic component base (electronic modules), according to lists approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, or the production of such products and components within the territory of the Russian Federation, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, in the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation1.
