Comprehensive construction of industrial facilities on the territory of a foreign state
Comprehensive construction of industrial facilities on the territory of a foreign state — a set of activities related to the development of design documentation, construction and commissioning of an industrial facility, carried out by subjects of industrial activity and (or) Russian organizations that are part of the infrastructure supporting industrial activity, directly or in cooperation with a foreign technical client, contractor, or person commissioning the industrial facility, for the purpose of creating industrial facilities abroad in accordance with the legislation of the foreign state1.
