Persons exempted from conscription by military commissions
Persons exempted from conscription by military commissariats are persons referred to in paragraph 1 of article 1 of this Federal law who have served in the armed forces or were exempted from conscription into regular military service during peacetime on other grounds in accordance with legislation in force on the territory of their previous citizenship1.
