Having a deferment from conscription into military service by military commissariats


Persons who have been granted a deferment from conscription by military commissariats — persons referred to in paragraph 1 of article 1 of this Federal law, who were granted a deferment from conscription into compulsory military service under the legislation that was in force on the territory of their previous country of citizenship, except for a deferment from conscription into compulsory military service for the purpose of obtaining education1.
