Federal Scientific and Industrial Center
1. The status of a federal scientific-production center (hereinafter referred to as the center) may be granted to enterprises and organizations in the defense, rocket-space, and atomic industries that carry out the development, production, testing, repair, and disposal of key types of weapons, military and space equipment, as well as main components thereof in accordance with the state defense order, and which have organizational and legal forms of a federal state unitary enterprise or a joint-stock company whose shares are owned by the federal government.
