Rating Activities


Credit rating activities — professional activities carried out on a regular basis, consisting of the preparation, assignment, confirmation, revision, and revocation of credit ratings and credit rating forecasts (hereinafter referred to as rating actions), based on the analysis of information in accordance with methodology, and accompanied by the dissemination of information regarding assigned credit ratings and credit rating forecasts by any means ensuring access to them by an unlimited circle of persons1.
