Rateable person
Ratable entity — a legal entity or public-law organization, the ability of which to perform financial obligations undertaken (creditworthiness, financial reliability, financial stability) is directly or indirectly assessed in a credit rating1.
Ratable entity — is an entity exercising control over the activities of a credit rating agency or exerting significant influence on it2.
Ratable entity — is a creditor of a credit rating agency in an amount exceeding 10 percent of the balance sheet value of the assets of the credit rating agency or an entity exercising control over the creditor or exerting significant influence on it3.
