Comparative Advantage
Comparative advantage — an advantage in the use of funds from the budgets of the Russian Federation budget system necessary for implementing a project, as compared to the use of funds from the budgets of the Russian Federation budget system necessary for implementing a state contract or municipal contract, provided that the price of goods, works, services, quantity of goods, volume of work or service, quality of supplied goods, performed work, rendered service, and other characteristics of goods, works, services when implementing the project are equal to the price of goods, works, services, quantity of goods, volume of work or service, quality of supplied goods, performed work, rendered service, and other characteristics of goods, works, services when implementing a state contract or municipal contract (ceased to be in force on 2019-08-06)1.
