Public Partner
A public partner is the Russian Federation, represented by the Government of the Russian Federation or a federal executive authority authorized by it, or an authority of a federal territory, or a subject of the Russian Federation, represented by the highest executive body of state power of the subject of the Russian Federation or an executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized by it, or a municipal formation, represented by the head of the municipal formation or another local self-government body authorized by the charter of the municipal formation. The powers of a public partner may also be exercised by a state corporation established by the Russian Federation in accordance with Federal Law No. 215-FZ dated July 13, 2015 "On the State Corporation for Space Activities 'Roscosmos'1.
