Regional Comprehensive Transport Service Plan for the Population


A Regional Comprehensive Transport Service Plan for the Population is a normative legal act issued by the highest executive body of a subject of the Russian Federation, defining priorities, objectives and tasks of transport service provision to the population of the subject of the Russian Federation in organizing regular passenger and baggage transportation by road transport and urban ground electric transport in conjunction with passenger and baggage transportation by other types of public transport, measures ensuring achievement of target indicators established by the regional standard of transport service for the population, implementation timelines for these measures, as well as establishing a list of measures for developing regular transport services, the organization of which, in accordance with this Federal Law, is within the competence of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation1.
