State Registrar of Rights


The state registrar of rights is a federal civil servant and an official of the registration authority, who has undergone qualification training (special courses), passed an examination to meet the requirements set for state registrars of rights, holds either higher education in the fields of "Law" and/or "Land Management and Cadastre" and has at least three years of work experience in legal or land management and cadastre specialties, or at least two years of work experience in a registration authority, or has other higher education and at least three years of work experience in a registration authority, and is vested with state powers to carry out the state cadastral accounting and state registration of rights1.
