Remainders of inter-budget transfers from the budget of the Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance as of January 1, 2026 — remainders of inter-budget transfers from the budget of the Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance as of January 1, 2026, formed in the Fund's budget as a result of their incomplete use in 2025 for providing special social payments to certain categories of medical workers (excluding heads of medical organizations and their deputies, as well as cases of internal and external part-time work) of medical organizations belonging to the state and municipal healthcare systems and participating in the implementation of the basic program of compulsory medical insurance or territorial programs of compulsory medical insurance, and medical organizations belonging to the state and municipal healthcare systems located on the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and Kherson Oblast, are directed Fund in 2026 for the same purposes. Within the scope of the specified funds, in the consolidated budget schedule of the Fund's budget for 2026, the Fund provides for budget allocations exceeding the amounts established by paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 1 of this Federal law, without making amendments to this Federal law1.
