Immunity with regard to the enforcement of a court decision


Immunity with regard to the enforcement of a court decision — the obligation of the courts of the Russian Federation or federal executive body performing functions related to the enforcement of judicial decisions, decisions of other bodies and officials, to refrain from imposing sanctions on the property of a foreign state, taking any other measures against a foreign state and its property for the purpose of compulsory enforcement of a court decision1.
