Arbitrator


An arbitrator is a natural person elected by the parties or appointed in a manner agreed upon by the parties or established by federal law for the resolution of disputes by an arbitral tribunal. The activities of arbitrators within the framework of arbitration (arbitration proceedings) are not considered entrepreneurial (ceased to be effective as of 2019-03-29)1;
