Committee on Appointments


The Appointment Committee — a collegiate body consisting of no fewer than five members, established within a permanent arbitration institution, performing functions related to the appointment, recusal, and termination of arbitrators' powers, as well as other functions provided for by this Federal Law (ceased to be in force on 2019-03-29)1.
