Rules of Corporate Arbitration Disputes
Arbitration rules for corporate disputes — the rules of a permanent arbitration institution regulating arbitration of disputes related to the establishment of a legal entity in the Russian Federation, its management or participation in a legal entity, where the parties are founders, participants, members (hereinafter referred to as participants) of the legal entity and the legal entity itself, including disputes arising from claims by participants of the legal entity concerning the legal relations of the legal entity with third parties, provided that participants have the right to file such claims in accordance with federal law (excluding disputes provided for in paragraphs 2 and 6 of part 1 of Article 225-1 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation) (ceased to be in force as of March 29, 2019)1.
