Arbitration Administration


Arbitration administration — the performance by a permanent arbitration institution of functions related to the organizational support of arbitration, including ensuring procedures for the selection, appointment or disqualification of arbitrators, keeping case records, organizing the collection and distribution of arbitration fees, excluding the direct functions of an arbitral tribunal in dispute resolution (ceased to be in force as of 2019-03-29)1;
