An arbitral tribunal established by the parties to resolve a specific dispute — an arbitral tribunal conducting arbitration in the absence of administration by a permanent arbitral institution (except for the possible performance by the permanent arbitral institution of certain administrative functions relating to a specific dispute, if provided for in the arbitration agreement of the parties) (ceased to be effective as of 2019-03-29)1.
