Resolutive Part of the Arbitral Decision


The resolutive part of an arbitral award — the resolutive part of an arbitral award that contains the tribunal's conclusions regarding the satisfaction or rejection of each claim made in the arbitration proceedings. The resolutive part specifies the amount of expenses related to resolving the dispute before the arbitral tribunal, the distribution of these expenses between the parties, and, if necessary, the time limit and order for enforcement of the arbitral award (ceased to be in force on 2019-03-29)1.
