Debt Restructuring
Debt restructuring - including the provision of installment plans and (or) deferral of debt repayment), arising from obligations to banks operating on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and (or) on the territory of the city of federal significance Sevastopol (hereinafter referred to as debt restructuring)1.
