Regulation on the Implementation of Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution by the Fund


The Fund's regulation on out-of-court dispute resolution, including in particular the procedures for receiving a claim, its acceptance for consideration, establishing grounds for refusing to accept a claim, the order of sending requests and obtaining required explanations, documents and (or) other information, the procedure for considering a claim in absentia or in the presence of the parties, the procedure for making a decision, the procedure for terminating the consideration of a claim, is established by the Fund and published on its official website in the information and telecommunications network "Internet"1.
