Partner-Executor


Partner-performer — a physical person who independently makes decisions regarding the performance of work and provision of services and has the right to refuse an order without being held liable, except in cases where such partner-performer voluntarily chooses a period during which they commit to performing work and providing services in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 2 of article 16 of this Federal law1.
