Establishing the User's Identity
Verification of the user's identity — in the case of the service operator receiving information from the information systems of state authorities, the Federal Fund for Pension and Social Insurance of the Russian Federation and (or) the state information system designated by the Government of the Russian Federation, including through the use of the unified inter-agency electronic interaction system, confirming the match between the data received from the user and the data in the aforementioned information systems, as well as in the case where the user confirms receipt of information ensuring verification of the user's identity on the mobile radio telephone number specified by them1.
