Title-deed documents
Right-establishing documents — documents serving as the basis for the state registration of rights to real estate located on the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhzhia region, and the Kherson region, confirming the emergence, change, restriction, transfer, or termination of rights to such property, encumbrances on such property, which were in effect on these territories on the day of the accession of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhzhia region, and the Kherson region to the Russian Federation and the formation of new subjects within the composition of the Russian Federation, issued by Ukrainian state authorities, local self-government bodies of Ukraine, issued and (or) certified by notaries of Ukraine, and documents serving as the basis for the state registration of rights to real estate located on the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, confirming the emergence, change, restriction, transfer, or termination of rights to such property, encumbrances on such property, issued by state and (or) other official bodies of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic and (or) certified by notaries of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, acting in the territories mentioned on the day of accession of the Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic to the Russian Federation and the formation of new subjects within the Russian Federation1.
