Service in the federal fire service


Service in the federal fire service - a federal state service, representing professional civil service activities of citizens of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as citizens) in positions within the federal executive authority authorized to perform tasks in the field of fire safety (hereinafter referred to as the federal executive authority in the field of fire safety), territorial bodies of the federal executive authority in the field of fire safety - bodies authorized to perform tasks of civil defense and tasks of prevention and elimination of emergency situations by subjects of the Russian Federation, units, organizations and institutions of the federal executive authority in the field of fire safety (hereinafter referred to as a unit), as well as in positions that are not positions within the federal executive authority in the field of fire safety, units, in cases and under conditions provided for by this Federal Law, other federal laws and (or) regulatory by the legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation1.
