Multifunctional information exchange service

Multifunctional information exchange service — an information system and a program for electronic computing machines intended and (or) used exclusively for exchanging electronic messages between users of this information system and the program for electronic computing machines, where the sender of the electronic message determines the recipient or recipients of the electronic message, and the placement by users of the information and telecommunications network "Internet" (hereinafter — the "Internet") of publicly accessible information in the "Internet" is not provided, and which are used, among other things, for exchanging information when interacting with infrastructure ensuring information-technological interaction of information systems used for providing state and municipal services and performing state and municipal functions in electronic form, as well as with state information systems not included in the aforementioned infrastructure and other information systems state organs, state unitary enterprises, and state institutions¹.
