National Agency for Qualifications Development
The National Agency for Qualification Development is an autonomous non-profit organization established to ensure the development of qualifications in the Russian Federation. Its founders include all-Russian employer associations, all-Russian trade union organizations, and the Russian Federation, on behalf of which the functions and powers of a founder are carried out by federal executive authorities authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation1.
