Automated Intelligent Agent

An automated intelligent agent is software in which speech generation and recognition systems are applied, enabling the creditor and/or the creditor's representative to maintain certain dialogue scenarios with the debtor or a third party depending on the content of the conversation, and which is intended for sending voice messages by the creditor and/or the creditor's representative to the debtor or a third party, transmitted via public communication networks or using websites and/or web pages in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" (hereinafter - the "Internet" network), information systems and/or computer programs designed and/or used for receiving, transmitting, delivering and/or processing electronic messages of users of the "Internet" network1.
