Unified Message


Unified message — if a single message sent by the creditor or the creditor's representative to the debtor was delivered to the debtor in the form of several messages (message parts) due to reasons unrelated to the creditor or the creditor's representative, including technical limitations imposed on the debtor's terminal equipment, and all messages (message parts) are united by a common meaning and constitute a single (coherent) text, such message is considered as one (single) message1.
