Putting new gas wells into operation
36. The commencement of operation of new gas wells should be considered as the moment when a gas well, accepted into the balance sheet of the legal entity engaged in gas production (gas condensate), credited to the operational fund, has been developed and connected to the field gas gathering collector, its operating mode has been established, and it has been put into industrial operation for the extraction of natural gas. From this moment on, the well is included in the active fund, and daily records of its performance indicators are kept in primary accounting documents.
