Developer's Manager

The developer's manager is a person performing the functions of the sole executive body of the developer, a person who is a member of the collective executive body of the developer, or a person performing the functions of the sole executive body of the managing company if it performs the functions of the sole executive body of the developer, or a temporary sole executive body of the developer (hereinafter referred to as the developer's manager), a physical person who ultimately directly or indirectly (through third parties) owns (has a majority stake of more than twenty-five percent in the capital) a corporate legal entity - the developer, the chief accountant of the developer1.

The head of the developer is a collegial executive body of the developer, a single executive body of the developer, or a management company, if it performs the functions of a single executive body of the developer, or a temporary single executive body of the developer2.
