Person participating in the implementation of the project - a fund, a management company, a subsidiary of the management company, an initiator of the project, a participant of the project, an organization with state participation (including a subsidiary of an organization with state participation), another legal entity, except for a state authority, a public authority of the federal territory "Sirius", a local self-government body, or an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities related to the implementation of the project, including ensuring the operation of the innovative science and technology centre by providing goods, performing works, rendering services on the territory of the innovative science and technology centre, creating and (or) developing the infrastructure of the innovative science and technology centre, an organization providing state support for innovative activities established on the basis of a federal law, a normative legal act of the President of the Russian Federation, a normative legal act of the Government of the Russian Federation or normative legal act of the executive body of a subject of the Russian Federation, the public authority of the federal territory "Sirius", and implementing the development of infrastructure of the innovative scientific and technological center and (or) support for project participants¹.
