Agent of the Government of the Russian Federation

Agent of the Government of the Russian Federation - a public joint-stock company "Sberbank of Russia" or other banks determined by the Government of the Russian Federation and meeting the requirements established by paragraph 1 of Article 56 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated February 12, 1993, No. 4468-I "On Pension Provision for Persons Who Served in the Military, Internal Affairs Agencies, State Fire Service, Agencies for Control over the Circulation of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Institutions and Agencies of the Penitentiary System, National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, and Their Families", are agents of the Government of the Russian Federation for making payments of pensions, allowances, and compensations to persons whose pension provision is carried out in accordance with the aforementioned law of the Russian Federation, as well as to persons who served in customs agencies, agencies and organizations of the prosecution, investigative agencies and institutions of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, and their family members1.
