Russian official document


A Russian official document — documents issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by federal executive authorities, territorial bodies of federal executive authorities, federal courts and district judges of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the prosecution authorities of the Russian Federation, executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies, state and municipal institutions, organizations providing educational services, as well as documents prepared by notaries of the Russian Federation when performing notarial actions or by other persons authorized to perform notarial actions, and documents issued by multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services1.
