Positions in the criminal executive system
Positions in the penal enforcement system - positions of employees of the penal enforcement system, which are established in the federal executive body performing law enforcement functions, functions of control and supervision in the field of execution of criminal penalties with respect to convicts (hereinafter - the federal penal enforcement body), territorial bodies of the penal enforcement system, institutions carrying out punishments, pre-trial detention centers, scientific research, design, medical, educational and other organizations that are part of the penal enforcement system in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - institutions and bodies of the penal enforcement system)1.
