The Right to Reinstatement in the Criminal Executing System


The right to reinstatement in service within the criminal executive system is held by a citizen who has reappeared after the termination of service in the criminal executive system due to his being officially declared missing or (and) deceased in accordance with established procedures (in the case where he was missing due to service-related circumstances for reasons beyond his control)1.
