Certificate of Release from Duty Due to Temporary Incapacity for Work


A certificate of release from the performance of official duties due to temporary incapacity for work — a document (certificate of release from the performance of official duties due to temporary incapacity for work) issued by a medical organization providing medical care to an employee, and in the absence of such a medical organization at the place of service, residence or other location of the employee — another state or municipal healthcare organization1.
