Internal Labor Regulations


Internal Labor Regulations — a local normative act that regulates, in accordance with this Code and other federal laws, the order of hiring and dismissal of employees, the main rights and obligations of the parties to the employment contract, the work regime, rest time, disciplinary measures applied to employees, as well as other issues related to regulating labor relations at this employer1.
