Direct actual damage


Direct actual damage refers to the real decrease in the employer's tangible property or deterioration of the condition of such property (including the property of third parties located with the employer, if the employer is responsible for its preservation), as well as the necessity for the employer to incur expenses or make excessive payments for the purchase, restoration of property or compensation for damage caused by an employee to third parties1.
