Labour Supply Agreement
An agreement on the provision of labor workers is a contract for remunerated services, under which the sending party, being the performer under this agreement, temporarily sends its workers with their consent to the receiving party, who is the client under this agreement, in order for these workers to perform certain labor functions defined by their employment contracts in the interests of, under the management and control of, the receiving party, while the receiving party is obliged to pay for the services of providing labor (staff) and has the right to require the workers sent to it to fulfill their labor obligations in accordance with the labor functions defined in the employment contracts concluded by these workers with the sending party1.
